Our story
I’m Henry Cheetham, the Founder of Elite Human Solutions.
Over the past decade, I have led human performance teams in two of the most successful cultures in the world; New Zealand rugby and UK Special Forces.
I helped slash injuries to record-low levels within professional NZ rugby, whilst creating and leading a pioneering culture change program within UKSF.
I worked with world record-setting mountaineers, 1st place transatlantic rowers and pioneering deep-sea startups.
I also built a diverse network with some of the world’s most successful teams, including Team GB, Google, Red Bull, Cirque Du Soleil, and the UFC.
Through these experiences, I gained deep insight into how the world’s most successful teams got there.
How they attract, engage and retain the best people. And how they create cultures that MBA grads use as case studies.
The problem
Only 1 in 10 people are engaged at work.
And businesses are losing 20% more talent than before the pandemic.
Quite simply, companies are fighting to attract and retain the best talent like never before.
Yet 4 out of 5 companies cite ‘leadership gaps’ as their main challenge.
With only 8% viewing their leadership pipeline as ‘excellent’.
With unprecedented competition for talent, changing generational expectations, economic instability, and remote work the new norm, it has never been harder to build high-performing teams and culture.
Yet your company’s future may depend on it.
What we do
Every one of your competitors is fighting to attract, retain and unlock the best talent.
We teach you how the world’s most successful teams, such as the NZ All Blacks and UK Special Forces, do this.
Then we work with you to achieve it.
We work with a small number of companies and teams to unlock their full potential.
If you think we might be a good match, we’d love to hear from you.
